uShaka Marine World is a 16 hectare theme park on Durban's Golden Mile which has the 5th largest aquarium in the world. It comprises 5 sections: uShaka Sea World, uShaka Wet 'n Wild, uShaka Beach, uShaka Village Walk, and uShaka Kids World.

  • The Sea World is a salt water aquarium with 32 tanks, a dolphin stadium, seal stadium, penguin rookery, coral gardens, snorkel lagoon, and rocky touch pool. The underground aquarium is designed around 4 old shipwrecks, which can be accessed through the Phantom Ship. It also offers behind-the-scenes edutainment tours, fish feeding experience, and adventure activities such as scuba diving and snorkeling through reefs and grottos.
  • The Wet'n Wild water park features thrilling rides and relaxing floats, including the Drop Zone which is the highest water slide in the southern hemisphere at 18 metres, Body Tornado, Mamba Tunnel rollercoaster slide, Cuda Supertube, Zoom Zoom Multi-lane Racer, Plunge: Free Fall Slide, Jika Jika family rafters, and Dizzy Duzi tube ride.
  • Ushaka Beach is a long sandy stretch that is freely accessible. It has a pier leading into the Ocean, and a dive shop that offers PADI certification and diving tours to over 30 reef, wreck and deep diving spots. Other activities include windsurfing, kite-surfing, beach volleyball, beach rugby, jet skiing, and paddle boat rides.
  • uShaka Village Walk has a vibrant atmosphere with live Zulu entertainment, outdoor adventures, and rows of restaurants and cafes. Pick up ethnic items and souvenirs at the numerous shops on the stretch.
  • Kids World has Africa's biggest jungle gym, a huge sandpit at Crabby Beach, Polly's Paint Pen, a stage area, and various other activities to keep them occupied all day long.
