Built by the influential Glođos family during the Ottoman era in the 18th century, Svrzo's House offers a glimpse into the lifestyle of wealthy urban Muslims of that era.

Built by the influential Glođos family during the Ottoman era in the 18th century, Svrzo's House offers a glimpse into the lifestyle of wealthy urban Muslims of that era. Preserved in its original condition, the traditional house is built entirely of wood. It has a selamluk (public quarters) and haremluk (living quarters) with separate areas for men, women, and servants. It has a fence, stone-covered yard with fountain, flower garden, and kitchen garden. It is open to the public for self-guided tours and has brochures and information in Bosnian and English.
