The Lion Park in Lanseria is a wildlife conservation complex which is home to over 80 lions, including rare white lions, brown lions, and yellow lions from Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Northern Gauteng and Botswana. The 600 hectare park also has other carnivores such as South African cheetah, Cape wild dog, spotted hyena, and black-backed jackal. Herbivores such as blesbok, gnu, impala, gemsbok, and zebra are housed in a separate antelope enclosure.
