Kornmarkt is a charming square next to the Marktplatz, which has been the site of a grain market since the 13th century. Bordered by the Haupstrasse, Ingrimstraße, Burgweg, and Karlstrasse, it is lined with several restaurants, bars and souvenirs shops as well as the Palais Prinz Carl. It has a large Madonna statue built by Prince Karl Philip in 1685.
