The Canterbury Heritage Museum, formerly the Museum of Canterbury, traces the history of the city.

The Canterbury Heritage Museum, formerly the Museum of Canterbury, traces the history of the city. The museum is housed in the 12th century Poor Priests' Hospital next to the River Stour. It exhibits the Canterbury Cross, has pre-roman, pre historic displays, interactive displays involving a microscope, a treasure chest, World War II plane-spotting and a gallery dedicated to Rupert the Bear.
