The Miguelete is the bell tower of the Valencia Cathedral, named after its largest bell Miguele.

The Miguelete is the bell tower of the Valencia Cathedral, named after its largest bell Miguele. The construction of the Valencian Gothic tower was started in 1381, and completed in 1429, with inputs from several architects. The 63 metre tall octagonal tower has a perimeter of 51 metres, which is the same as the height of the balcony. The top floor has ogive windows and the 18th century belfry rises above it. Climb the 207 steps to the top for breathtaking views over the city.
