Built on the ruins of an ancient Greek temple of Jupiter, the Church of San Pancrazio is dedicated to Saint Pancras of Taormina. The 17th century church has a Baroque façade, with marble Ionian columns and statues of Saints Pancras and Procopius flanking the portal. The pediment has a carved circle representing a wreath, and is topped by a wrought iron cross. Inside, the marble altar has a central statue of Saint Pancras in papier-mache, seated on a vara and holding a scepter. To the right of the main altar is a painting depicting the martyrdom of Saint Pancras, while the left has a painting depicting the arrival of the saint in Naxos.
Behind the main building, to the right is the bell tower which houses the Sacristy on the ground floor. The Sacristy has works of art such as oil paintings, coat-of-arms, and marble sculptures.
