Her tomb was rediscovered in the 18th century, and the shrine was built in 1760. The complex on the banks of the Larnaca Salt Lake has a mosque, Umm Haram's mausoleum, tombs of former sheikhs, minaret, cemetery, gardens, an octagonal fountain, and living quarters.
