Situated on the Lecco bank of Lake Como, the Lombard Gothic style abbey's tranquil atmosphere and beautiful surroundings create a magical setting. The church with 12thcentury frescoes, 13thcentury cloister by prior Bonaccorso de Canova, Capitular Hall where monks convene, and souvenir shops are open to the public.
