The Cartoon Museum displays an extensive collection of British cartoon and comic art from the 18th century to the present day. The museum has three main galleries displaying original artwork from British cartoons, caricatures and comics, including works by Victorian cartoonists such as John Leech and George Cruikshank to modern artists including Gerald Scarfe and Martin Rowson. The museum also has several books on the history of cartoons, comic-strips and graphic novels.
