It is right next door to the Burj Khalifah, the world's tallest building, and the visitors' entrance to the Burj Khalifa is located at the lower ground floor of the Mall. International luxury boutiques, global gourmet restaurants and a vibrant ambience draw millions of shoppers in search of some serious retail therapy. There is a high-end shop for almost every conceivable item there, ranging from chocolates and musical instruments to florists and photo development, apart from the usual fashion and electronics stores. The gigantic mall houses an indoor Olympic-size ice rink, aquarium, and theme park. Who would have ever thought about ice skating in the middle of a desert city! The aquarium is home to over 33000 marine animals and is a huge draw for kids. The SEGA Republic theme park has more than 170 games and is a fun area for the entire family.
