The Rhodes Memorial commemorates the life of British mining magnate and Cape Colony Prime Minister Cecil John Rhodes. Located on his favorite spot on the lower slopes of Devil's Peak, it is part of the Table Mountain National Park. Rhodes's personal wooden bench is still located below the memorial. There are bike and hiking trails surrounding the memorial.
