The Tudor Arghezi Memorial House, also known as Mărţişor, was the retirement residence of Romanian poet and writer Ion N. Theodorescu, who wrote under the pseudonym Tudor Arghezi. The 2 storey house has 18 rooms, with his voluminous library, personal belongings, honors awarded to him, and several portraits. The tombs of the poet and his wife lie in a garden outside the house. The annexe displays his poetry and prose manuscripts, documents, magazines edited by him and a rich iconography with images from history.
