The Mary Baker Eddy Library is more than a library - it has a museum and Mapparium as well. The archives of American author and poet Mary Baker Eddy are preserved here. The 3-storey Mapparium is a stained glass globe of the world as it was in 1935, and you can walk through it to experience the interesting acoustic effects. See A World of Ideas presentation that illustrates how ideas have traversed time and geography, and changed the world.
