The Kunsthaus Zurich is one of the major art museums in Switzerland, with 4000 paintings and sculptures along with a graphic collection of 95,000 watercolors, drawings and prints ranging from the 15th century to the present day. Its focus remains on showcasing Swiss artists such as by Fuseli, Böcklin, Hodler, Segantini, and Vallotton as well as Alberto Giacometti's sculptures. The range of works from all over Europe include paintings from the Dutch and Italian Baroque, the largest Edvard Munch collection outside of Norway, and Classical Modernist works by Picasso, Monet and Chagall. The collection is rounded off with post World War II art from America, pop art, and a selection of more than 800 photographs.
