Housed in the former Burgwies Tramdepot, the Tram Museum in Zurich traces the history of the city's tram system since the first horse-pulled tramcar of 1882. It exhibits 20 preserved tram cars that were in use between 1897 and 1968, and a model tramway through Zurich, along with other models, documents and photographs. The Museum Line 21 offers sightseeing tours in historic trams.
