Swiss playwright and painter Friedrich Dürrenmatt lived from 1942 to 1946 as a student in the Dürrenmatt-Mansarde, his parents' attic on the Laubeggstrasse.
Swiss playwright and painter Friedrich Dürrenmatt lived from 1942 to 1946 as a student in the Dürrenmatt-Mansarde, his parents' attic on the Laubeggstrasse. The murals he painted here were later painted over and forgotten till the early '90s, after which they were uncovered and restored.
