• Mediterranean Harbor is designed as an Italian port city, with Venetian gondolas that ply visitors along canals.
• Mysterious Island lies within the landmark volcano of Mount Prometheus, and is based on Jules Verne's mythical Vulcania. It has the 'Journey to the Center of the Earth' and '20,000 Leagues Under the Sea' rides.
• Mermaid Lagoon features characters from The Little Mermaid in a building that resembles the Palace of King Triton. It has Ariel's Playground which recreates settings from the movie, along with rides such as the Flounder's Flying Fish Coaster, Scuttle's Scooters, Jumpin' Jellyfish, Blowfish Balloon Race, and The Whirlpool. The Mermaid Lagoon Theater presents the 'King Triton's Concert', a musical show with live actors, large-scale puppetry and audio-animatronics that recreate the story of The Little Mermaid.
• Arabian Coast takes visitors into the Arabian-themed world of Aladdin, with the dark boat ride of Sindbad's Storybook Voyage, the double-decker Caravan Carousel, and the Magic Lamp Theater.
• The Lost River Delta evokes the spirit of adventure, featuring the 'Indiana Jones Adventure: Temple of the Crystal Skull' thrill ride in the ruins of an ancient Aztec pyramid. It also has the Intamin roller coaster named Raging Spirits.
• Port Discovery is centered around the futuristic fictional 'Center for Weather Control', featuring Aquatopia - a boat ride that uses Local Positioning System tracking to move and spin through a lagoon amid waterfalls and whirlpools, and the DisneySea Electric Railway.
• American Waterfront represents the northeastern front of the United States in the early 20th century. It has an 'Old Cape Cod' section dedicated to New England, and a 'New York Harbor' section depicting the city at the end of the Industrial Age. It features the SS Columbia, The Tower of Terror, and Toy Story Mania.
