The landscaped garden features waterfalls, koi ponds, lily pads, weeping willows, exotic plants, pavilions and a teahouse. The Dragon Wall was built to reflect Sydney's friendship with sister city Guangzhou, with the blue dragon in the water representing New South Wales and the golden dragon in the skies representing the Guangdong Province.
