Berkeley Memorial 0.0 rating

The Berkeley Memorial in the centre of the Circus features a Victorian-style clock tower with a drinking fountain at its base and a weather vane on top. The dark green cast iron clock tower was constructed in 1883 in honor of president of the General Legislative Council Thomas Berkeley-Hardtman, as inscribed on the plaque on the south side. It has 4 clock faces, each facing one of the four streets leading to the Circus. There is a coat-of-arms below each clock.
