The Setia Darma House of Mask and Puppets showcases a huge collection of almost 7000 wayang kulit (shadow puppets) and topeng (masks) from all over Indonesia as well as other countries, housed in a series of historic teak Joglo and Limasan cottages.

The Setia Darma House of Mask and Puppets showcases a huge collection of almost 7000 wayang kulit (shadow puppets) and topeng (masks) from all over Indonesia as well as other countries, housed in a series of historic teak Joglo and Limasan cottages. Highlights include a golden Mask of the Chinese white-faced Jero Luh, a Barack Obama shadow puppet, 16^th century Sicilian stick puppets, Chinese Potehi cloth puppets, antique tribal masks from Papua, wayang golek – 3 dimensional wooden puppets, 18^th century Japanese ningyō puppets used in Bunraku, Wayang Beber (painted paper scroll puppets), and Madura masks. The museum also hosts performances of traditional Balinese dances and shadow puppet plays.
