The Kato Paphos Archaeological Park has ruins of settlements and monuments from prehistoric times to the Middle Ages. It is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Paphos for its historical architecture, mosaics and monuments related to the cult of Aphrodite. Highlights of the complex are the mosaic floors of 4 Roman villas (House of Dionysos, House of Orpheus, House of Aion and House of Theseus), the Asklipieion (medical complex), the Odeon, the Agora, the Forty Columns Fortress, the ruins of an early Christian Basilica and the Tombs of the Kings.
