Housed in a strikingly unique modern building in marble and glass designed by Japanese architect Kenzo Tange, the Asian Art Museum in Parc Phoenix exhibits an eclectic collection of Asian art works from different time periods which showcase the evolution of different sub-continental cultures.

Housed in a strikingly unique modern building in marble and glass designed by Japanese architect Kenzo Tange, the Asian Art Museum in Parc Phoenix exhibits an eclectic collection of Asian art works from different time periods which showcase the evolution of different sub-continental cultures. There are Chinese Jades, Japanese ceramics, Indian carvings in wood, stone and ivory, Khmer sculptures, and Buddhist pieces. It has a tea pavilion where traditional Japanese (chanoyu) and Chinese tea ceremonies are demonstrated.
