The Texas Military Forces Museum in Camp Mabry explores the history of Texas' military forces, volunteer forces and National Guard across several engagements spanning from 1823 to the present day. On display are equipment, personal items, photographs, battle dioramas and realistic full-scale environments documenting their contribution through the Texas Revolution, Mexican-American War, American Civil War, World Wars, Cold War and the global war on terror.
