Vleeshuis, which literally translates to 'Meat Hall', is a 16th century Gothic guildhall where butchers set up shop. Today, it houses the City Sounds Museum showcasing the arts of music and dance through its collection of musical instruments, manuscripts, and exhibits on concerts, operas, musicians and sounds from various parts of the city.
