Hadrian's Gate is a triumphal arch at the entrance of Kaleici which was built to commemorate Roman emperor Hadrian's visit to Attaleia (Antalya back then) in 130 AD. The white marble structure with three archways with coffered ceilings and Corinthian columns is considered as Pamphylia's most beautiful gate. The gate is flanked by 2 crenellated stone towers - the Roman-era Julia Sancta tower, and the northern Seljuk-era tower to the right built by Sultan Alaeddin Keykubat I.
