Thuan Tinh Island is a tiny island on the Thu Bon River, located about 3.5 kilometres from Hoi An Ancient Town. It is best known for its cooking classes that offer a wholesome culinary experience. Participants are first taken to the local market to pick out farm fresh produce, and then enjoy a 30 minute boat-ride to the island where they learn to cook local dishes in an open-air setting, and revel in the fruits of their work.
