The Natural History Museum in Geneva's Parc de Malagnou is the largest of its kind in Switzerland, and a great place for children to learn about the history and evolution of life on earth. Spread over 4 levels, it presents a variety of taxidermy exhibits, specimen, glass models of invertebrates, fossils, natural dioramas, geological samples, and moon rocks. Highlights include Janus the 2-headed turtle, skeletons of an allosaur and a camptosaure, and bronze life-size statue of the Australopithecus afarensis Lucy.
